I first was introduced here as a contractor, working directly with the CEO of North American Bancard to breathe some new life into his PayAnywhere product. His internal team was challenged with setting aside resources for a new redesign and re-architecture. After six months of research, interviews, collaboration, information architecture, design and systems architecture efforts, I was able to provide the catalyst to help them pivot the product.
PayAnywhere has become feature-rich over this past year, and is now considered the #2 mobile payment processor behind Square. It accepts Apple Pay and is EMV capable, and can be found in Apple Stores around the country.
After that initial contract enagement, I was hired on as VP, where I am currently. I lead a number of other efforts, from creative direction to product strategy.
